I am having problems with the Audio Feature of this player.I have to turn the volume to very high settings ,almost 40 or above where as the same disc plays just fine on my non blu-ray player.I have connected the player to my samsung blu ray player bd-c6900 TV (46C 7000 Model) via 1.4 HDMI Cables.When I called Tech Support they seemed clueless and are asking me to upgrade my software.But I just purchased this player and I am not sure if I should return this product back to Samsung. I'm not sure I understand the question. If it takes over 40 (out of 100 on the volume bar), but your other non-Blu-ray player doesn't have this problem, I'm not sure what you're asking.
